We provide only professional, therapeutic massages.

What are your hours?

Hours are by appointment only. Monday – Saturday. 
Morning, afternoon and evening appointments are available.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we do accept insurance for medical massage related to auto accidents, worker's compensation injuries and slip and fall cases.
In most cases a doctor's prescription is required for us to be able to bill your insurance company directly. Call us for more information.
 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment may be made with cash or personal cheque. All major credit cards are also accepted.  
Payment is expected at time of service, unless other arrangements have been made.

Do you accept gratuities?

Gratuities are entirely at your discretion. They are not expected but are graciously accepted.
 

What kind of oil do you use?

We use an unscented massage gel called Biotone for most massages. Biotone is easily absorbed and does not leave a greasy feel. Other oils are available on request or feel free to bring your own!
 

Is deep tissue massage painful?

Massage should NEVER be painful and deep tissue work performed slowly with intention by a skilled therapist will be pain-free.
